1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Elite Electrical Solutions Ltd website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. About Us

Elite Electrical Solutions Ltd is a solar energy installation company registered in England and Wales. We are MCS Certified, NAPIT Approved and HIES registered. Our registered address is Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire.

3. Our Services

We provide the following services:

• Solar panel (PV) system design and installation
• Battery storage solutions
• EV charger installation
• Smart home energy management
• System maintenance and monitoring
• Commercial solar installations

4. Quotations

All quotations provided are free of charge and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise specified.

5. Surveys and Site Visits

Prior to installation, we will carry out a site survey to assess the suitability of your property. The survey is provided free of charge. Should the survey reveal that installation is not feasible or advisable, we reserve the right to decline the work.

6. Installation

All installations are carried out by qualified, certified engineers in accordance with current building regulations, MCS standards and manufacturer guidelines. We will agree an installation date with you and endeavour to complete works within the estimated timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required upon acceptance of a quotation
• The balance is due upon completion of the installation
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card or finance (where available)
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act

8. Warranties and Guarantees

All installations come with manufacturer warranties on equipment and our workmanship guarantee. Specific warranty periods vary by product and will be detailed in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications or natural disasters.

9. Cancellation

For domestic customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of signing the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please notify us in writing. If installation has already commenced with your express consent during the cooling-off period, you may be liable for costs incurred.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Elite Electrical Solutions Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
