These terms govern your use of the Output Apps website and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Output Apps provides web development, web design, mobile app development, hosting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and typically include a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion.

Upon full payment, you own the custom code, design files, and content we create specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general-purpose code, frameworks, and libraries in other projects. We may feature your completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

If you use our hosting service, we will maintain your site on our infrastructure with SSL, backups, and monitoring included. Hosting is billed on an agreed schedule. Either party may terminate hosting with 30 days written notice, at which point we will assist with migration.

We take reasonable care to deliver reliable, secure work. However, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond what could reasonably have been prevented.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project, payment is due for all work completed to date. If we terminate, we will deliver all work completed and refund any payment for undelivered work.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly. The latest version is always available on this page.
