UK renters struggle to compare properties across multiple marketplaces, with no easy way to assess if a listing is fairly priced. Government rent data exists but is buried in hard-to-access datasets, and council tax information requires separate lookups for each property.
What We Built
Built a unified search engine that aggregates listings from major UK rental platforms in real-time. Integrated government rent statistics to show area averages, added automated council tax estimation, and developed a deal rating algorithm that scores each property against local market data.
